We currently offer in-spa pickup only. Once your order is prepared, our Estero team will reach out to coordinate pickup.

All purchases are final. Treatments, skincare, and memberships are non-refundable. We encourage reaching out prior to purchase if you’d like guidance.

Store credit may be issued on a case-by-case basis and can be applied toward future services or products. Credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Memberships can be canceled per the agreement terms. Any remaining balance stays available, but member-only pricing ends once the membership is inactive.
